TOWN STATUS

Town of Oakridge

Achievements in July:

- Participated in the 16/7 Strikes

- Getting through new Elections for mayor and council

Goals for August:

- Getting more plots into the hands of active players
- Continuing to push the town forward
- Many more events
- More governmental transparency
- A fun race for the next town council election

Town Balance: $3,802,694.34
I've only been in the mayor seat for less than a week so far. Frankly I shouldn't be here at all. Sofia2750, who resigned this month during the 16/7 strikes, was a beloved Mayor and member of our town, and deserved to see the rest of her term out. I hope to achieve even a small part of the effect she had on our town.

That said, we are making great progress in getting back to normal! The community in the town is thriving, and we are closer and more tight-knit than ever! This month we lost many community members and a lot of time to the strikes, but we will bounce back better and next month with be highly productive for the town! I hope to help facilitate this bounce back, and further growth in the town

At the time of me writing this, the new town of Willow has just been confirmed by our president. I mention this as it is a landmark day for town rights in Redmont. I hope that this is a signal that all towns will be able to benefit from a softer staff stance on town growth, and that we have been able to prove that the towns of Redmont are a valuable part of the server, and that our success and growth is something that benefits the average citizen. A rising tide carries all floating logs and fishing boats.

Long Live Oakridge!

Town of Aventura

Achievements in July:
- Largest residential paste in town history
- New positions filled for Head of Development and Community
- 50+ tickets were handled and closed
- First Aventura scavenger hunt was held and the winner awarded the lighthouse
- New rounds of eviction auction
- The mayor and deputy personally secured a $6,000,000 negative interest loan from the FRB bringing our town to ~8 mil of liquid cash

Goals for August:
The paste for the new residential area will be completed.

Town Balance: $8,564,791.59
While it has not been an easy month for our town given the fallout from the strikes our town has had the best recovery of any government structure on the server with a very promising future. The budget has grown 400%+ since I took over as mayor and the town has never been more united.

NEW PLAYER JOINS

8,679 new players joined during July 2026 (5,277 player decrease from previous month).
