Whereas, a "President may issue and revoke Executive Orders to ensure good governance of the server" (Const. 24(5));
Whereas, the Commonwealth recognizes the importance of maintaining a fair, balanced, and engaging culinary system for its citizens;
Whereas, establishing a dedicated department will improve the oversight and development of food and beverage systems throughout the Commonwealth;
Therefore, by the authority vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, Just_Jada, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:
§ 1. INTENT AND PURPOSE
The purpose of this Executive Order is to establish the Department of Culinary Arts as an official department of the Commonwealth Government responsible for the oversight and development of culinary matters.
§ 2. ESTABLISHMENT
The Department of Culinary Arts is hereby established as an official department of the Executive Branch.
§ 2.1. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Department shall be responsible for:
Adding and rebalancing food.
Adding and rebalancing drinks.
Publishing Daily Recipes for the public.
Conducting restaurant and bar inspections.
Advising the Executive on culinary-related matters.
The secretary if this department shall be KorroMF
§ 3. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon its issuance and shall remain in force until amended or revoked in accordance with the Constitution and applicable law.
