Executive Order Executive Order 24/26 - Non Stop Fun

Whereas, a "President may issue and revoke Executive Orders to ensure good governance of the server" (Const. 24(5));
Whereas, Section 29(1)(b) of the Constitution tasks Secretaries with "[c]reating and amending departmental policy in accordance with the President’s direction".
Whereas, from time to time, the President may direct the cessation of work by certain government departments, in the interest of good governance of the server;
Whereas, the Executive Standards Act designates the Department of Health and the Department of Homeland Security as emergency services providers;
Whereas, clarification as to what a government work stoppage requires should be laid out in clear and plain language;

Therefore, by the authority vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, Just_Jada, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:

§ 1. PURPOSE AND INTENT​

1. To create a department capable of handling the silliness at hand.

§ 2. Creation of the Department of Shenanigans and Tomfoolery.​

1. The Department of Shenanigans and Tomfoolery will manage the Shenanigans and Tomfoolery begotten of this great nation.
2. The Department of Shenanigans and Tomfoolery will be governed by an appointed Secretary by the President.
3. The Secretary of the Department of Shenanigans and Tomfoolery will appoint (if necessary) a deputy to that same department.
4. Each secretary will receive limitless power to add Shenanigans and Tomfoolery guided by the rules of the server.
