§ 1. INTENT AND PURPOSE
To make sure Homers are fully included in the government, and to minimise the harm done by Homer dropping his donut, the Department of Homers will be established.
§ 2. DEPARTMENT OF HOMERS
The Department of Homers shall serve as the primary department for ensuring Homer doesn't drop his donut (D'oh) and that all Homers are included in the government.
§ 3. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon the President's signature.
