Whereas, a "President may issue and revoke Executive Orders to ensure good governance of the server" (Const. 24(5));
Whereas, the Commonwealth recognizes the importance of celebrating individuals whose presence enriches the community through unwavering confidence, exceptional style, and an unparalleled ability to slay;
Whereas, June 11 marks the birthday of Lxi404, an occasion worthy of national recognition and celebration;
Whereas, the contributions of Lxi404 to the Commonwealth have become the subject of admiration, and widespread appreciation;
Whereas, it is in the public interest to acknowledge excellence wherever it may be found, and to encourage citizens to aspire to similar levels of iconicity;
Therefore, by the authority vested in me by the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, I hereby order the following:
§1. Purpose
The purpose of this Executive Order is to establish an annual day of celebration in honour of LXI404, recognizing her birthday and commemorating the extraordinary degree to which she consistently slays.
§2. National LXI404 Day
June 11 is hereby designated as National LXI404 Day.
National LXI404 Day shall be observed annually throughout the Commonwealth.
§3. Observance
On National LXI404 Day, all citizens are encouraged to:
Extend birthday wishes to Lxi404, celebrate her continued excellence, accomplishments, and general ability to slay, participate in festivities, community events, and other wholesome celebrations in her honour and recognize that, for the duration of the holiday, all allegations of "being too iconic" shall be considered compliments.
§4. Government Recognition
Government departments are encouraged to acknowledge National Lxi404 Day through commemorative messages, celebratory activities, or other observances that do not interfere with essential services.
§5. Effective Date
This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon issuance and remain in force.
