WHEREAS, The President may recognize or revoke the recognition of a Wilderness
Community by Executive Order. The President may delegate this power to members of
the DoS or Vice President under Part III, Section 1, Subsection A of the Wilderness and
Alexandria Act.
WHEREAS, The President may create criteria to obtain recognition, but is not required to,
under Part III, Section 1, Subsection B of the Wilderness and Alexandria Act.
WHEREAS, The President may appoint Redmont Envoys to any Foreign Entity under Part
III, Section 2, Subsection B of the Wilderness and Alexandria Act.
WHEREAS, The President may direct the Department of State to establish diplomatic
relations under Part III, Section 3, Subsection A of the Wilderness and Alexandria Act.
WHEREAS, The President may establish embassies for a foreign entity under Part III,
Section 3, Subsection A of the Wilderness and Alexandria Act.
WHEREAS, Under definition B of the Wilderness and Alexandria Act, a Wilderness
Community consists of any group of players who live within the wilderness and identify
as part of a collective identity.
WHEREAS, Under definition D of the Wilderness and Alexandria Act, Foreign Entity is a
category consisting of Recognized Nations and Recognized Wilderness Communities.
Therefore, by the authority vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, Just_Jada,
President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive
Order:
§ 1. PURPOSE AND INTENT
The purpose of this Executive Order is to finally provide recognition to the Wilderness
Communities who have endured hardships and fought for their recognition.§ 2. Recognition
1. The Commonwealth of Redmont, through this Executive Order, hereby recognizes
the following Wilderness Communities:
a. City-State of Labour Cape
b. City-State of Mountain
c. Nation of Welfort
d. Federation of Techlan
e. Abedul Valley
f. Worker’s Republic of Outer Redmont
g. Nation of Meadowbrook
h. Wild Federation of Mironia
2. The President affirms the belief that the aforementioned Wilderness
Communities satisfy the definition of a Wilderness Community as
established under the Wilderness and Alexandria Act, being groups of
players who live within the Wilderness and identify as part of a collective
identity.
3. The Executive Office shall instruct the Department of State to establish
official diplomatic relations with the aforementioned Wilderness
Communities and their representatives at the earliest opportunity.
§ 3. Embassies
1. The Department of State is directed to coordinate with the appropriate
departments to set aside appropriate plots for the establishment of
Embassies for the recognized Wilderness Communities, subject to the
provisions of the Wilderness and Alexandria Act.
§ 4. Enactment
1. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon its signage.
2. The Secretary of State is hereby directed to deliver official notice of this
recognition.
