-Fresh ideas that keep the town fresh

Since i took office as Mayor last month, with only 1 and a half day to prepare for the Jaron wave, i have presided over the most rapid period of growth in Oakridge history, with our treasury skyrocketing due to the property bubble, our discord membership increasing in size by 75% in 40 days, and a bureaucracy so dedicated created, that even if i dropped dead, no one would notice until payments would have to be managed.

The Great Society which Oakridge is a part of is something we have to celebrate, and which i have cultivated. We in Oakridge care for eachother, and with a tight knit community, we have built what every other entity has failed to.

The Great Society which i have spoken on at length before is this idea of this society that stands up for itself against the people who wants to keep it compliant. The society that does initiatives for new players and the common man not for political points, but because its what's needed to keep the most vulnurable from falling between the cracks. The society that welcomes new members with open arms. The society which keeps building up on itself through the strength of community. The society that doesnt hop on Defeatist Limited's train, with its hot air, business as usual sleeper, and system designed to put the sacrifices needed for the Great Society on the poorest.

Oakridge under my leadership has accepted this Great Society, and built its structure around it, rejecting the cozy, yet self destructive agenda of Defeatist Limited focused on normalcy, and that the say of the people outside of voting is bureaucracy. Oakridge is being governed in a fundamentally different way than every other government on the server.

Town Balance: $3,574,820.10

- Operation watch the harbour protected new players fishing in the harbour
- Militia Honours and Awards were presented to all serving militia
- 3 sets of evictions auctions were held which allowed the town budget to remain at 4 million
- Dozens of art pieces were purchased for the town museum, fuelling the market for the creative arts.

Goals for July:
- Aventura Bank will be fully established as the final paperwork is completed- A town scavenger hunt which will retain player activity in Aventura- MASSIVE new district which will bring new found wealth to Aventura- Balance will hopefully reach 5 million
Over the past month, Aventura has successfully balanced its budget, enabling the town to fund major projects and asset acquisitions without financial strain. Furthermore, after a two year stagnation between $2 million and $2.3 million, we have managed to nearly double the town's budget in just the last two months. Activity within the town has also reached new heights even as server size regresses.

Town Balance: $4,039,522.38
