Thank you for the updates. Both items have been addressed satisfactorily and the docket is now compliant.

One minor note on the Certificate of Incorporation - the execution date at Article 17 reads "?? March 2026" with the day left blank. Please amend the certificate to include the correct date and file the updated version in your docket.
 
As the sole Director, I have proposed a resolution to grant 40% of the profits as dividends to Class A and Class B shareholders. As the sole Director, I have voted in favor of this resolution and it has therefore been unanimously approved by the Board of Directors.
 
As the sole member of the Board and the sole shareholder, I hereby approve the transfer of 100 Class A shares, from Jakkuwu to Spyders_Crypt. Shareholder distribution can now be seen below:

Class A:
Jakkuwu - 4,900 (98%)
Spyders_Crypt - 100 (2%)

Class B:
Treasury - 10,000 (100%)

Class C:
Treasury - 25,000 (100%)
