This is an official DOC enforcement notice. RVR has missed the filing deadline for their last report (June). The July report is due tomorrow.

Per BITA Part IV Section 22(1) and (2), late filings cause RVR to be liable for a penalty of $2.500 per day for their first missed report, and $5.000 per day for repeat failure. At time of writing RVR are liable for $75.000 in late filing penalties as seen from the attachment (calculated from BITA's passage in April).

The DOC is willing to provide RVR a cure period of 7 days, with the possibility of extension given a valid reason. If not cured or no response has been received in 7 days, the department will consider escalating FIEA enforcement, such as freeze orders, receivership and referral to the DOJ for criminal prosecution.

The continuity import of Reverie Reserve (DOC-CO-0001) under RCEA s85 recorded ElysiaCrynn's 95 shares as "ordinary". The certificate creates a single class, Class A, and both holdings were filed as Class A. The register now reads: ElysiaCrynn: 95 Class A; AboundedComet: 5 Class A (100 of 100 authorised).
