How do you plan on using your grant funding?
i will be opening a company full of cheaper rentable/buyable housing for newer and poorer players, people who are new to the server or may lack financially can afford to buy housing, and even c plots, to start their business adventure, to sell goods to the people of redmont and to be able to get new players to contribute to the economy, which would in turn boost the economy of redmont!, i will buy cheap r,c and some s plots to be able to rent cheaper rooms (from $0-$50 in s plots), rent cheaper shops so newer players can contribute to the economy ($100-$300) and cheaper houses to buy! (on average about 8k), we will only sell a certain amount of houses that the government lets us sell weekly because we would not want to damage the economy in process of this.
We will spend a majority of this money on buying properties, obviously, but will be spending a minority of it paying staff which I will need to hire (eg more realtors as I need 1 or 2 more to assist me), I will also need to spend money on inertior design companies and construction companies to build plots on empty lands and renovate houses, I’m unsure of what this will cost but 275K will cover it entirely, I will also hire an economist (optional, I may not) , to value our plots and price them at the minimum while also not destroying the housing economy as we price it.
I think that in this economy, a Skyscraper plot will cost about 70K on auction, I will be buying 3 commercial plots, for about 120K, and 4 residential plots, for about 80K, fees for employees/renovation and construction would almost definitely cover the rest of the grant ($5,000) , and honestly thank you for reading all the way down to here, I understand I wrote a lot.
So, as a summary:
- 70K for a Skyscraper with affordable rented rooms, a restaurant with cheap food for players, office space for other companies and possibly a nightclub.
- 120K for 3 commercial plots, so that new players can contribute to the economy and make money aswell as make money for the government
- 80K for 4 residential plots, so new players can buy houses and be able to contribute to the development and construction of Redmont!
Why this price?
I understand you may doubt my grant and even reject it due to its seemingly high price, however, proving new players with affordable commercial plots of housing is essential as it means that they can sell things which will make them AND YOU money, once my business takes off (if you decide to approve this grant which I will be very grateful for) I will be paying for all the properties I own in tax, which will make the government alot of money. Also, I’m not selling these properties for free, I’m still selling them at a reasonable price to which I make a profit, it is just much much smaller compared to other properties at this time and just enough for them to afford, so it will also be worth it for the government and me. If I have any extra money left over I will without a doubt return it to the government if you would like, if not, I will try to make a new neighbourhood in reiville called “Little turkiye” as there is a lot of Turkish players in this server, including me, and a lot of them being important to the economy, 2 Turkish people being CEO’s of millionaire companies. It would help diversity and bring some more joy to the island as I will be hosting events there. Anyways, in conclusion, if you chose to accept this grant it would revolutionise the housing market and economy. Thank you for reading
