CIVIL ACTION

Lexi7369
Plaintiff

v.

Gamemoding
Defendant

COMPLAINT
In global, I asked if anyone was selling panda spawn eggs, and I'd offer $300, and Gamemoding said he'd do it. I then moved to msging him in private and I asked him to come to spawn, then it escalated. He began stalling, and he would say phrases such as, "I'm getting them" "there almost done" and he asked me to pay him first so he knew he wasn't being scammed, then I asked him to give me the eggs first so I knew I wasn't being scammed for money. He then asked again, so I paid him the $300. Then afterward, he never ended up giving me eggs.
