Under Article 12 of the Certificate of Formation and Operating Agreement of Yeah_Jaron LLC, I am assigning my membership interests to @EmeraldGuuy. This transfer shall be complete upon, in response to this post, his written acknowledgement to be bound by the terms of the Certificate of Formation and Operating Agreement of Yeah_Jaron LLC as a Secondary Member.
