How do you plan on using your grant funding?
I plan to use the grant to hire employees, as the employee list will get rather expensive due to Crownstone being an enterprise/corporation. I will also need funds to pay for renovations of the offices in order to make them more effective/efficient for staff in order to start up business processes, as well as need some money to host events to promote the company brand and bring in the majority of our starting income.

Employees will probably cost around 15-20k. (As I need to hire 10 department managers and staff for all 10 departments.) Events will probably cost 10k-15k (To pay for events advertising and then pay members participating in the events), as well as paying employees for supplying the food and beverages.

Ideal Grant Amount 35k-50k. (50k for unforseen expenses/safety net which will be provided as screenshots as well if approved.)

If awarded, I intend to use the grant money allocated to me for its intended purpose on which it was approved for, and provide a breakdown in my application thread of how the funding was used.

What exactly does Crownstone plan to do as a company?

Crownstone is going to try to open up multiple departments that will make life easier on busy players and new players alike. It's main services will be from the legal department (offering various legal experts), it's production and delivery (gathering and delivering bulk resources and items), and it's construction and events teams. (Helping players build or even plan out their buildings, and for events hosting public events to help bring the community together and let everyone have a good time as a community.) While it's less important focuses will be media, private security, education (teaching players about the community, government, laws, and just democracycraft in general while offering mentorship for jobs), and if we are able to expand enough to afford it possibly a bank. We obviously want to leave room for other companies in the market so we will also offer advertising as well as limit sales, and also partner with other companies so they can offer their services through us. (such as we have a partnership with a construction company who will be offering their services through us as well as their own server.)
