Hi @DaanBanaan5673 please can you fix your Company Docket post. Currently, Article 4.1 of your Certificate mentions the company as member managed, and the Certificate appoints Th3FancyBear as Manager, thus the Director field must mention "Th3FancyBear (Manager)" instead of "DaanBanaan5673 - Member". However, in contradiction, Article 3.1 mentions you as the sole member. Can you confirm, as Article 4.2 mentions "The Sole Member hereby designates Th3FancyBear as the Manager of the Company. The Manager can be replaced by the Sole Member at their discretion", that you are the Manager of the Company also as the sole member?

Hello EATB, apologies for the confusion. It appears as if I have attached the wrong person of my Certificate of Formation. The right version is attached below. Th3FancyBear is supposed to be the Manager of this Manager-Managed LLC, with myself being the member.
