Greetings to the judge/attorney general

My client is RorryMc . He gave Mr.Pandaback123 a loan of 10K . If he didn`t pay Mr.RorryMc 10K by the 1of sebtember the would have 15 days
to pay 13K allthoug Mr.Pandaback123 has payed 3K and we have proof.
