How do you plan on using your grant funding?
I plan on using my grant funding to produce more high quality articles by paying my employees higher than what I'm paying them now.
First and foremost, the current salary of a single journalist is $50 per approved article which is obviously not enough after the high quality work that they have done. I plan on increasing their wage around $500 per approved article while editors get $100 per published article whish also not enough which is why I plan to increase their salary to $1000 after their hardwork.
Second of all, I plan to use the grant to reward users with prizes after answering games in our articles. We also plan to host events for the group and increase interaction with members of DC and make all of them feel appreciated. In short, I need the grant to pay my employees and to reward users. The user reward will vary depending on the games. However it will not exceed $2000+

If awarded, I intend to use the grant money allocated to me for its intended purpose on which it was approved for, and provide a breakdown in my application thread of how the funding was used.
