To force congress to touch grass​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Touch Grass Act.'

(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

(3) This Act has been authored by Senator Anthony_org.

(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Senator Anthony_org.

2 - Reasons

(2) Anthony_org encourages us to touch grass
3 - Requirement to Touch Grass
(1) All Members of Congress shall be required to touch grass at least once every fourteen (14) days.
(2) Each Member shall submit proof of compliance in the form of a photograph to a publicly accessible channel.
(3) The photograph must clearly identify the Member and clearly depict physical contact with grass.
4 - Enforcement
(1) If a Member of congress fails to comply, they are subject to immediate removal from the presiding officer of their chamber.
