COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

On 12/21/2023 The Defendant took out an equity loan of $25,000 with three investments this loan had a 20% Interest rate (Exhibit A). Three Investment sent a Reminder to the Defendant on 01/15/24 and 01/21/2024 (Exhibit B & C). The Defendant Failed to acknowledge the 2nd reminder on the due day (Exhibit C) and never paid Three investment the money back.

II. FACTS
1. On 12/21/2023 the Defendant took out a loan of $25,000 from Three Investment with an interest rate of 20% (Exhibit A).
2. Three Investment sent a reminder to the Defendant on 01/15/2024. The Defendant acknowledged this (Exhibit B).
3. On 01/21/2024 Three Investment sent the Defendant a reminder to pay. The defendant never responded to this (Exhibit C)

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF

1. The Defence Clearly Breach the terms in the contract due to failing to pay back the loan

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. The Full Loan Amount of $28,000 Paid due to breaching the terms of the contract
2. $15,000 Paid In Punitive Damages Due to the outrageous actions of the defence
3. $10,000 In Consequential Damages Due to being unable to use the money for other investments.
4. $10,600 In Legal Fees (20% Case Value) Paid to Dodrio3
