Case Filing

IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CRIMINAL ACTION

The Commonwealth of Redmont
Prosecution

v.

qsdt
Defendant

COMPLAINT
The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:

Defendant attempted to bribe the RBI Director into authorising the usage of the RBI/DOJ building for a trapeze show.
I. PARTIES

  1. The Commonwealth of Redmont
  2. qsdt

II. FACTS

  1. On 08/05/2026, the defendant initiated an in-game whisper conversation with Redmont Bureau of Investigation (RBI) Director OwnedBlock. During this communication, the defendant asked Director OwnedBlock if he wanted to "flip on the RBI" and asked for authorization to hold a trapeze show inside the Department of Justice (DoJ) building. (see P-001).
  2. OwnedBlock refuses the defendant’s offer; the defendant then sends three separate monetary transfers directly to Director OwnedBlock in the amounts of $10.00, $5.02, and $12.43, attempting to coax him into offering a service for financial gain, with the service being leaking information from within the RBI. (see P-004 and 5).
  3. Defendant then asked if he would “flip on the bureau and become a double agent”, OwnedBlock asked for specification, Defendant corrected himself and said “double jointed agent doing flips on the bureau’s roof”, and “im trying to convince you to flip on the RBI” “building”. OwnedBlock expresses lack of interest.
  4. In subsequent messages, the defendant asked Director OwnedBlock to act as a "mole" inside the Department of Justice and provide internal operational information (see P-006).
  5. Soon after, the defendant told Ownedblock to check their mail, which he does and finds that the defendant mailed a package via the in-game mail system addressed to Director OwnedBlock containing an item named "does this sweeten the deal?" (see P-006 and P-007).
  6. The defendant then communicated a substantially higher financial offer of $50,000.00 to Director OwnedBlock in exchange for establishing a "mutually beneficial relationship" (see P-007).
  7. During the same interaction, the defendant stated to Director OwnedBlock that they were willing to offer additional, larger sums of money in exchange for unspecified future favors (see P-008). Each further communication cements the proof of intent the defendant had.
  8. Director OwnedBlock expresses his lack of interest again, the defendant tries to further convince him, and states that it is not a bribe, and asks the Director to go to the DPA and ask them to “set up the trapeze show”.
  9. Continued messaging of Director OwnedBlock is part of the “Defendant’s conduct and/or action in a situation furthered, attempted to carry out, or was in the process of committing a crime (otherwise known as an “overt act”) Each of these attempts were overt acts in which the Defendant attempted to bribe Ownedblock.

  • III. CHARGES The Prosecution hereby alleges the following charges against the Defendant:
    1. Conspiracy to Commit Bribery, under the Criminal Code Act, Defendant attempted to offer a bribe (a. offers, gives, solicits, or receives an item or service of value to influence) to the RBI Director (i. an individual employed by, appointed to, or elected to serve in any capacity within the government of the Commonwealth of Redmont), due to the nature of the situation, the bribes being refused, this can only be referred to as an attempt, which still shows intent, according to the precedent in (Lawsuit: Adjourned - Inknet v. Commonwealth of Redmont [2025] FCR 86) The continued communications and transfer of physical items and monetary payments show intent by argument therefore making the charge applicable to Conspiracy: (a. intends to commit a crime, even if it has not yet been carried out.) to influence them, in this case to authorise the trapeze show. (flip on the RBI)
    2. Incitement, Defendant attempted to coax OwnedBlock to commit Breach of Integrity by flipping on the RBI, acting as a mole. (a. shares classified information without authorisation.)

IV. SENTENCING
The Prosecution hereby recommends the following sentence for the Defendant:
1. 280 Penalty Units
2. 30 Minutes Imprisonment

Witnesses:
1. qsdt
2. OwnedBlock
