Case Filing
IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CRIMINAL ACTION
The Commonwealth of Redmont
Prosecution
v.
dimaa3319
Defendant
COMPLAINT
The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:
Defendant used a plot rented by an associate, Stormfen, to produce and traffic illicit substances without their knowledge.
I. PARTIES
The Commonwealth of Redmont
dimaa3319
II. FACTS
- On 08/05/2026 the DOJ was notified of the existence of a buff farm in c127-office-2, providing proof. (See P-001)
- After inspecting the plot firsthand, RBI found that not only was there a buff farm hidden, but there were also chestshops in the office lobby selling illicit substances such as Irish shine and sleepy paper. A sign at the office lobby mentioned contacting dimaa3319 if anything was needed. (see P-003)
- A warrant was requested from the Federal Court and approved; a search of the property led to finding chests stocked with even more illicit substances, and a farm was indeed hidden from view, only visible from the window.
- All Illicit items were seized by staff, chest buy logs were recovered. (see P-008 to 10).
- The landlord and tenant were questioned by the RBI, both claimed to have no connection to the matter, and that the defendant acted on their own, staff corroborated this, as all logs found lead back to the defendant, no other person interacted with/added buffs or any other substances.
- During the search period, the defendant restocked the shop with more illicit substances, unaware of the situation, showing clear intent to continue down this path.
- On the next day, 66 Hours after the warrant was approved, the DOJ received a report from a citizen about a vendor distributing sleepy paper, and directed us to the defendant’s address.
- After the RBI checked the premises, it was determined that the defendant had restocked the shop a THIRD time, and the buffs yet again, were seized, as the warrant had not expired yet.
III. CHARGES The Prosecution hereby alleges the following charges against the Defendant:
THREE COUNTS of Illicit Substance Production, Picture of a buff farm was clearly provided, and staff confirmed the existence of a buff farm, which the defendant had planted. Fulfilling legal tests
(a) Plants Buff Seeds
(b) Creates Illicit Substances
Defendant committed this action at least 3 times, as the shop had been stocked 3 different times, the DOJ is pushing forward to charge them for each batch they produced.
Since the defendant planted the seeds, and used them to create the illicit substances used to stock the shop.
THREE COUNTS of Illicit Substance Trafficking, Chestshops were used to traffick illicit substances, staff provided logs of different illicit substances being purchased (see P-008 to 10), while we do note that it is not confirmed where the substances were bought from exactly, it’s clear that it was from c-127-office-2, since the defendant owns/leases no plots. Illicit substances were sold to citizens from these chestshops.
In the same situation as above, the defendant has stocked the chestshops at least 3 different times after the seizure, therefore, the DOJ is pursuing 3 counts.
IV. SENTENCING
The Prosecution hereby recommends the following sentence for the Defendant:
1. a fine of 1500 Penalty Units
2. 360 minutes imprisonment
Witnesses:
