Verdict

IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
VERDICT

The Banking Clan v. westc [2023] FCR 46

I. PLAINTIFF'S POSITION
1. The defendant signed a contract for a loan taken from the plaintiff.
2. The defendant has failed to make due on his contract by failing to repay the loan in the contract.

II. DEFENDANT'S POSITION
1. Defendant failed to appear, default judgment.

III. THE COURT OPINION
Because the defendant has failed to appear, I am left with little choice but to rule in favor of the plaintiff. Based on all evidence available to the Court, the defendant has failed to meet his legal obligation with the contract signed between the plaintiff and the defendant. I see no reason not to alter any of the relief due to these facts.

IV. DECISION
The Federal Court hereby rules in favor of the plaintiff and grants full relief.

The Federal Court thanks all involved.
