The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

When Anime Tempest quit DC and resigned from Aventura, ALL my political work was gone. Laid to waste. I lost everything for a Mayor who QUIT.

This caused me EMOTIONAL DAMAGES and LOSS OF ENJOYEMENT. Such actions are so outrageous and uncouth that in my eyes, they're punitive damage-worthy.

The other two individuals, ToasterWars and Spirit_Pixelz ASSISTED Anime Tempest in quitting DemocracyCraft. They made me lose all my political progress.

Moving on, Anime Tempest also caused me uncouth amounts of damage by:
Killing me 51 times in GTA Online
Making a gif making fun of me in GTA Online
Killing me repeatedly in Red Dead Online

Beyond outrageous.

II. FACTS
1. AnimeInc quit DemocracyCraft and resigned from his office of Mayor of the Town of Aventura.
2. AnimeInc served as my political mentor and taught me a great deal about Redmontian politics.
3. AnimeInc's resignation wholly slowed down my political career and let to its eventual collapse. It also led to me to no longer enjoy Redmont.
4. ToasterWars and Spirit_Pixelz originally suggested to AnimeInc for him to quit DemocracyCraft.
5. AnimeInc repeatedly murdered me in Grand Theft Auto ONLINE (published by Rockstar Games, made by Rockstar North).
6. AnimeInc made a gif to insult my character in Grand Theft Auto ONLINE (published by Rockstar Games, made by Rockstar North).
7. AnimeInc repeateldy murdered me in Grand Theft Auto ONLINE (published by Rockstar Games, made by Rockstar North)
8. Spirit_Pixelz called me 'bad media', defaming me and leading to my loss of enjoyment.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. TEN THOUSAND REDMONTIAN DOLLARS IN PUNITIVE DAMAGES FOR OUTRAGEOUS ACTIONS THAT MUST BE DETERRED FROM EACH DEFENDANT.
2. TEN THOUSAND REDMONTIAN DOLLARS IN LOSS OF ENJOYMENT DAMAGES FOR ACTIONS WHICH CONTRIBUTED TO MY LOSS OF ENJOYMENT FROM EACH DEFENDANT.

By making this submission, I agree the penalties of lying in court and I make a false statement in court.

While I respect the Honourable ToasterWars' decision to refuse to attend to this Court, considering the situation concerning our nation and each men's righteous natural rights to refuse to recognise the authority of a judicial court (see: Trial of Charles I, King of England), it is not his decision.

Thus, I beseech this Court to take action WITHOUT delay.
