COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
I. PARTIES
1. Artemis Diana Tempest (Plaintiff)
2. xEndeavour (Owner of DemocracyCraft, Defendant)
II. FACTS
1. On or around the 8th of June, 2026, xEndeavour voluntarily entered into an agreement with the Technofied and the People of Redmont. [P-001]
2. Said agreement stated that xEndeavour would abstain from day-to-day operations and would only participate in strategic decisions. [P-001]
3. On or around the 21st of June, 2026, xEndeavour announced that he would be handling the Player Feedback Survey. [P-002]
4. The Player Feedback Survey was not a strategic decision.
5. On or around the 5th of July, 2026, xEndeavour sent a message in #server-announcements. The message in question has now been deleted, as it was a joke reply to staff announcement.
6. The message in question was not a strategic decision.
7. On or around the 7th of July, 2026, xEndeavour sent a announcement in #server-announcements declaring that 'Server is back up'. [P-003]
8. Such an announcement is not a strategic decisions.
9. The announcement in question was eventually deleted.
10. On or around the 7th of July, 2026, xEndeavour publicly stated that he had the ability to see tickets. [P-004]
11. One cannot abstain from day-to-day staff operations and continue to see ALL tickets (including governmental tickets).
12. Seeing ALL tickets is not related to strategic decisions.
13. On or around the 16th of July, 2026, xEndeavour made an announcement in #server-announcements asking the general playerbase if they preferred sentence case or title case. [P-005]
14. Wiki styling falls directly under the jurisdiction of the Department of Education.
15. Wiki styling is not a strategic decision.
16. On or around the 16th of July, 2026, xEndeavour made an announcement in #server-announcements stating that he had deleted the wiki article regarding the events of the 6/7 Revolution. [P-006]
17. Staffing the wiki is not a strategic decision.
18. The title made repeated mentions of xEndeavour. By deleting it, xEndeavour violated the staff rules as he had a conflict of interest.
19. Yesterday, xEndeavour sent a message in #server-announcements saying "we need a cake competition from the ban appeal cakes" [P-007]
20. Such statement is not only disgusting and an abuse of power, it is also a violation of the agreement between him, Technofied, and the People of Redmont as such message was not a strategic decision and nor was it related to one.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
BREACH OF CONTRACT UNDER RCCA PART VI, SECTION 1 (x7)
xEndeavour repeatedly failed to "perform obligations under a valid and enforceable contract without lawful excuse." [P-002] to [P-007]
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
WRIT OF MANDAMUS
I request the Court to issue a writ of mandamus commanding xEndeavour to continue to comply with the conditions of said contract and to return to his lawfully required duties under the rules.
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

MOTION FOR EMERGENCY INJUNCTION
Your Honour,
Considering the risk our nation faces due to the abuses of power by this tyrant. I humbly beseech this Court to grant an emergency injunction reversing all bans and actions taken by xEndeavour in the last month.
