Lawsuit: Dismissed Studded_ v. YoroZy

As seen here YoroZy has scammed me out of a total of 3000$.
I had happily given him this sum since, he had promised me the property c234 in exchange for it.
I did indeed not recieve this this Property.
The Owner of the property Epiphone335 had confirmed that he was in no way affiliated with YoroZy nor was he selling the property.
I simply want the money he stole and a compensation of 1000$
