The petitioner seeks to have their criminal record removed, in accordance with the Expungement Act. They understand that expungement is only possible if it has been at least 2 months since they have been charged, and that the criminal records of government offences cannot be removed.

There were 3 more charges: Weapons in Safezone and 2x Attempted Murder that weren't listed however these are also older than 2 months. so given that these crimes have all taken place over two months ago, and that the requestor has maintained good behaviour for months now, the Attorney General, on behalf of the State, believes this expungement request meets all appropriate criteria.

Verdict

Given that the state agrees with the petitioner's request, I will be granting the expungement. I hereby order that the DOJ remove from StressedGV's criminal record the following charges:
- Murder x10
- Improper Parking
- Contempt of court first and second
- Verbal threats, Assault
- Improper Parking
- Illicit Campaigning
- Weapons in safezone
- Attempted Murder x2
