STATE OF THE COMMONWEALTH
The purpose of the State of the Commonwealth Reports is to increase Cabinet transparency and provide an insight into the happenings of the Government. This information is provided in good faith and although it may be listed here as a goal, it may not occur. This report simply outlines Government achievements, plans, and goals.

Department of Construction & Transport (DCT)
Achievements in March:
- Finished the DPA Complex building
- Built the Harlon Embassy
- Made multiple hires
- Brought back lower-leadership (Senior Constructor/Building Inspector)
- Brought back Inspector of The Month
Goals for April:
- Multiple projects to be finished
- Event in collaboration with the DPA
- Building Classes.

Department of Health (DOH)
Achievements in March:
- Fired heaps of inactive employees
- Announced February Doctor of the Month
- Hired a new Medical Specialist
- Began discussions over the new buffs with a representative
- New infraction spreadsheet and system
Goals for April:
- Announcement of March Doctor of the Month
- Easter Decor
- Discord de-clutter
- Revamped Medical Specialist Doctor training guide
- Revamped verification system for easier access to trainee doctors
- Firing inactive trainee doctors
Department of Commerce (DOC)
Achievements in March:
- Updated grants and billboards to be on the Discord so we don’t miss any.
- Updated all DOC related forum posts.
- Worked with staff to gain control of moderation for auctions and marketplace.
- Removed Trademark and Copyright from the forums in order to prevent confusion about its legality.
- Website about where to find what to purchase.
Goals for April:
- Additional information released in the CPI.
- Classification of raw CPI data.
- Moderation of banks.
- Work with Congress to fix bank tax code.
Department of the Interior (DOI)
Achievements in March:
- Updated Ranger Guide Sheet
- Worked on adding much needed world edit permissions for senior rangers (Currently waiting on staff)
- Created an excel sheet to track budget expenditures
- Learned about Tenders
- Fixed (with the help of staff) Secretary's permissions for managing build world (for tenders)
- Made a sheet for Tenders item and prices
- Resumed Tender Activity - Ranger of the Month
Goals for April:
- Continued tenders
- Creation of a Tender guide with DCT
- Implementing World Edit for senior rangers (Dependent on staff)
- (Re)Implementing Supply Manager
- Removal inactive rangers from the department
Department of Public Affairs (DPA)
Achievements in March:
No big changes internally, a ton of events including Red v. Blue.
Goals for April:
More consistent events
Department of Justice (DOJ)
Achievements in March:
- compiling a list of things to look to improve and change
- promotions
- hiring
- working with Judiciary to change system of issuing court verdicts
- creating threads to discuss topics with officers and open communication on various topics
Goals for April:
- more hiring
- new changes to fix issues we’ve seen
- staying on top of court verdicts
Department of Education (DOE)
Achievements in March:
1.) Reworking of jobs successfully implemented; and
a.) Miner-exclusive block drops successfully implemented with the aid of Nacholebraa
2.) Alcohol -> elixir transition begun
a.) Recipes, effects, et cetera determined and awaiting implementation
3.) Legal exam rework begun with Dartanman, ElainaThomas29, Matthew100x, RelaxedGV, and KukkiNeko
4.) Gun recipe rework begun with Yeet_Boy
5.) ItemsAdder food value update transition begun
a.) Hunger levels determined and awaiting implementation
6.) Several guides updated for modern relevancy
Goals for April:
1.) Completion of the brew -> elixir transition
2.) Completion of legal exams
3.) Completion of gun recipes

5.) More guides updated for modern relevancy
6.) Potential addition of an historic tour guide route in collaboration with SomeHumanOnEarth
7.) Potential emphasis on the in-game museum for the Archivists in order to encourage activity within that group

Achievements in March:
Higher responding rates to lawsuits, more activity.
Goals for April:
Now that the department has acclimated, I am going to do activity checks for those under 4 hours active playtime.
