STATE OF THE COMMONWEALTH
The purpose of the State of the Commonwealth Report is to increase Cabinet transparency and provide an insight into the happenings of the Government. This information is provided in good faith and although it may be listed here as a goal, it may not occur. This report simply outlines Government achievements, plans, and goals.

Achievements in February:
We successfully powered through wave after wave of outbreaks during the new player surge in the month. We have also taken on ~30 new trainee doctors who have been incredibly enthusiastic to join our department. We have also put the final pieces into place of some of our long standing projects so keep posted
Goals for March:
Within the month we should have a brand new set of cures and conditions ready to launch for the public to engage with, alongside a revived policy for pharmacists

Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
Achievements in February:
- We began rollout of Firearm Licenses, coordinating with Congress and issuing comprehensive policy to ensure optimal outcomes with this novel feature. So far rollout has been efficient.
- We published a clear and publicly accessible payment policy on the DHS forums for transparency to the public and clarity to employees, previously this information was hidden away from the public; this ought to be viewable by all.
- A new DHS pickup room was made at the Reveille Police Station for easy pickup of items by players such as for DHS auctions or license delivery as an alternative to always using /mail.
Goals for March:
- Continued efficiency in executing verdicts and answering tickets.
- Publication of a new DHS fine policy regarding outstanding fines.
- Coordination with the DCT to establish a new solitary confinement feature at Revcatraz.
- Publication of a forums DHS FAQ page to assist the public with questions and inquiries.
- Adjust the DHS payment policy to include a bonus framework
- Bring back officer of the month.
