We released the Apartment Registry! I'm glad to see it has been getting some use so far, and I hope that you all find it helpful when looking for new apartments to stay at! We have made some significant improvements to both our archivist team and to the wiki itself, meaning that we are going to keep our pages more up to date, and update them faster than ever before. Our first monthly exam audit finished for our non-legal exams, significantly improving some exams that needed a ton of work.
We have also made some changes to our leadership structure! While the big change has been the change of secretaries, one of our deputy secretaries has decided to step down from leadership to pursue other *endeavours* (please italicize that) within the DCT. We have also made some internal promotions, promoting one Lead Archivist and one Lead Professor! Additionally, we have hired multiple new archivists and professors, while unfortunately letting go a few of our inactive members.
Policy wise, we have made minimal change outside of the apartment registry, with the only change being to our policy on patented music discs.
Goals for January:
We plan to have at least a draft version of a new tutorial done by the end of the month! As I am submitting this form, we are also soon about to run an art contest to refill our missing slots in our gallery. A significant food rework is also planned in the coming month as well.
Approximate Funds Spent: $168,888
We're hiring! If you are interested in becoming an Archivist, Guide, or Professor please apply today! We'd love to have you on our team <3

The Department of Justice has hired new investigators and prosecutors. A new investigator guide has been written, instructing investigators on proper procedure regarding investigations, warrants, and interrogations. We have appointed RookieBlue as our new Lead Investigator, further expanding Department leadership.
Goals for January:
You can expect continued excellence from the Department of Justice as we defend the commonwealth from frivolous claims and prosecute the criminals amongst our citizenry, ensuring that the law is upheld and the continuation of the peace we have all come to enjoy.
Approximate Funds Spent:
We have spent roughly half of our 400k budget, but with the hiring of new employees and uptick in case load we believe that our current budgetary level is fully necessary.

The council has been extremely willing to cooperate with me, as they realise that im a mayor who will do my job.
We are working hard on every issue i can think of, with the largest limitations being the councils ability to keep up.
When i took power, i expected to have a few things to clean up, i have had 14+ hours days in the 2 days i have been mayor so far. While that is likely to decrease as there are less things queud, it has still been tiring and fun! I wouldnt recommend this experience of being mayor, unless they are willing to do these long days.
But all of those hours were used on 1 thing, reviving Oakridge as OAKRIDGE #1!!!!!
