STATE OF THE COMMONWEALTH
The purpose of the State of the Commonwealth Reports is to increase Cabinet transparency and provide an insight into the happenings of the Government. This information is provided in good faith and although it may be listed here as a goal, it may not occur. This report simply outlines Government achievements, plans, and goals. This is the State of the Commonwealth for the month of March.

Department of Construction & Transport (DCT)
Achievements in August:
- Hired 2 new BI's and introduced the Sky Bridges Policy

- Food Truck permits; evictions
Department of Health (DOH)
Achievements in August:
We are currently working on reporting every single issue with the new plugin, to make it work smoothly. We’ve opened the Exams recently and every inactive doctor has been fired from the Department. We’re looking forward to make our Department bigger in terms of employees, which would simplify dealing with diseases for everyone. We’ve also renovated a very big area of the main Hospital, the basement, which was completely empty and almost useless. We’ve added two more Rooms, one for MS, and the other one for the Secretary and Deputy. We’ve also granted access to TDs+ to the old “Secretary only” room, giving life to the abandoned side of the Hospital, and also letting Doctors get milk directly from the cow in the basement, instead of buying it (This was the purpose of the basement, mostly. Only MS+ had access to it, now everyone can go there). This project has been completed a few days ago, and it still needs to be announced, which will be done by our Deputy.
Goals for September:
We’re gonna run another Activity Check, to see who’s really doing their job. We’re gonna open Medical Exams soon as well, as to pursue the goal I previously described: we’d like to make our Department bigger in terms of numbers. We’d also like to hire more Medical Specialists, since some resigned in the last few months. We’re gonna advertise the /EMT command more, which is fundamental for our Paramedics.
We’re still working on the new Disease plugin, which isn’t fully functional. We’ve been having problems while crafting cures, that appear to be all mixed up. In order to properly achieve our goals, we need a fully working plugin. I’m hopeful it will be fixed soon though, since everyone in the Department has reported its malfunctions.
Department of Education & Commerce (DEC)
Achievements in August:
- Expedited the work and billboard application processes through Discord ticket services
- Implemented fees for driver's, pilot's, and gun licenses
- Took Department staff off auto-pay; switched over to salary + commission per assignment
- Drafted w/ Digi the Digi/Huney Economic Reform plan
Goals for September:
- Reform of Recycler job
- Redistribution of recycling items across several different jobs in order to provide specialization to that job + incentive toward others
- Addition of a Mason job to take charge over recyclable items that do not fit into Recycler, Lumberjack, or Miner
- Measurement of GDP by Commerce Team
- Measurement of inflation by Commerce Team
Department of the Interior (DOI)
Achievements in August:
Done multiple tenders, built the cat café, worked on the zoo, hired our new second Deputy secretary and our first SM!
Goals for September:
Finishing the zoo, pasting in and announcing the cat café, hiring more SMs, doing more tenders, and firing inactive employees
Department of Public Affairs (DPA)
Achievements in August:
- Successful large server-wide event: The Great Food Truck Challenge
- Started monthly tiktok challenge
- Consistently warned the community against birds
- Started using tenders for events
- Created Guide for Event Coordinators
- Implemented possibility for event entry fees
- Implemented sponsorships for events
- Promoted Mhad to Archivist Manager
- Progress on museum
- Planning DCTV shows
- Hired more guides and event coordinators
Goals for September:
- Big red vs blue event

Department of Legal Affairs (DLA)
Achievements in August:
