To provide the accused the right to an attorney and amend the Constitution
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “ Rights of the Accused Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon passage of Public Referendum.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: President of the Senate Milqy
2 - Reasons
(1) Currently it is not within the Constitution that any citizen has the right to know what they are being accused of, the nature of the accusation, and the right to counsel. Although there was the Miranda Rights that is an Act of Congress and not codified within the Constitution. This would codify the rights of the accused into the Constitution.
3 - Sections as needed... Amendment
