COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

On September 4, 2025, the defendant opened an auction for 27 stacks of iron ingots, which, on September 6, 2025, the plaintiff won with a bid of $3,450. Since then, the defendant has failed to produce the aforementioned iron ingots .

I. PARTIES

II. FACTS
1. On September 4, 2025, the defendant opened an auction for 27 stacks of iron ingots in the #marketplace channel of the DemocracyCraft discord. (P-001)
2. On September 5, 2025, the plaintiff placed a bid for $3,450. (P-002)
3. A day later, on September 6, 2025, the auction ended and the defendant paid the $3,450 owed. (P-002)
4. That same day, the defendant asked the plaintiff if he would be okay accepting 10 stacks of raw iron in place of a portion of the iron ingots, or if he would rather wait for the defendant to smelt it all. The plaintiff agreed to wait. (P-003)
5. On September 7, 2025, the plaintiff contacted the defendant over Discord. The defendant claimed to be deported and told the plaintiff to wait for his appeal. Since then, the defendant has been unresponsive. (P-004 & P-005)
6. Since September 7, the plaintiff has yet to receive the aforementioned iron ingots.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The plaintiff has not received the iron ingots he paid for, and the defendant has given no indication that he has any intention to provide them.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $3,450 in compensatory damages
2. Legal fees amounting to $2,000, in accordance with the Legal Damages Act, paid to DeltaruneTMRW

Writ of Summons

Failure to appear within 72 hours of this summons will result in a default judgement based on the known facts of the case.
