IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION
SimplyPiano
Plaintiff
v.
WitherToast42 and ClayBeagle1841
Defendants
COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendants as follows:
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
On August 4th, 2026, I was fishing in the Town of Aventura when WitherToast42 and ClayBeagle1841 began killing me repeatedly for no reason. I was not fighting back, I was holding my fishing rod, and I had no prior interaction with either of them. Every time I respawned and went back to fish in a different spot, they found me and killed me again. This happened nine times over the course of fifteen minutes. They did not speak to me, warn me, or give any justification. They simply kept killing me. I lost time, I was unable to fish, and I was effectively forced out of the area by their harassment. I am bringing this suit to recover damages for the time lost and the disruption caused by their unprovoked attacks.
I. PARTIES
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendants:
The Plaintiff relies upon the following evidence, attached hereto:
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

I. PARTIES
- SimplyPiano: Plaintiff
- WitherToast42: Defendant
- ClayBeagle1841: Defendant
- On August 4th, 2026, between 21:53 and 22:07 server time, I was in the Town of Aventura engaged in fishing.
- I was killed a total of nine (9) times without any legal justification:
- WitherToast42 killed me 5 times (21:53:58, 21:54:56, 22:05:34, 22:06:10, 22:07:06).
- ClayBeagle1841 killed me 4 times (21:53:47, 21:54:39, 22:07:23, 22:07:36).
- After each death, I returned and attempted to fish at different locations, but the killings continued regardless.
- At no point did I attack, threaten, or provoke either Defendant. The attacks were entirely unprovoked and one-sided.
- Civil Battery: Under Part II, Section 3(1) of the Redmont Civil Code Act (RCCA), common law torts are preserved and actionable. The Defendants committed the common law tort of Civil Battery by intentionally using unlawful lethal force against me without consent or justification.
- Civil Damages for a Crime: Under RCCA Part II, Section 4(3), where a wrong constitutes a crime, the plaintiff may pursue civil damages arising from that crime. The Defendants committed the crime of Murder (Criminal Code Act, Part IV, Section 3), and I seek civil damages for the harm caused by their criminal conduct.
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendants:
- $200 per unlawful killing** × 9 total murders = **$1,800 in compensatory damages.
- In the alternative, the Court may apportion liability as follows:
- WitherToast42 pays $1,000 (for 5 killings).
- ClayBeagle1841 pays $800 (for 4 killings).
- Such other and further relief as this Honorable Court deems just and appropriate.
The Plaintiff relies upon the following evidence, attached hereto:
- Chat log excerpts from latest.log (21:53 to 22:07) showing the 911 murder alerts and "X was pummeled by Y" messages.
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
