Case Filing

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION

Servalot (Represented by Dawg1324, a para-legal at SingeHeart, Addams and Associates)
Plaintiff

v.

Uwenn
Defendant

COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF:

I started an auction on the democracy craft discord server, for the leasehold rights to the willow plot wl-f005. There were many people bidding over several days. I had set the auction time-out to 48 hours. The official top bid was 15000 bank by uwenn. When I had stated they had won the bid, they did not respond publically. I then DM'ed them, where they didnt respond after 48 hours. I'm losing money by not vacating this lot, in the order of tens of thousands. I therefore had to accept the 2nd highest bid from Z0OVD, at 10200. My time and patience wore thin trying to chase up Uwenn, and I was stressed by having to ask someone who was outbid to cover for my losses incurred. Luckily, most of my losses were made up by Z0OVD accepting to continue with the transfer at their bid of 10200. I therefore only lost 4.8k instead of 15,000.

I. PARTIES
1. Servalot (Plaintiff)
2. Uwenn (Defendant)
3. Z0OVD (A bidder on the auction of "WL-F005")

II. FACTS
1. On the 24th of June 2026 8:45 am (AEST), Servalot began a Rental Rights Action for property "WL-F005" in the "realestate" channel as a thread.
2. At 11:11 pm (AEST) on the same day (24th of June 2026) Uwenn placed a bid of $15000 in said auction.
3. On the 27th of June 2026 12:16 (AEST), Servalot informs Uwenn that he has won the auction, reminding him again at 6:53 am of the same day after receiving no reply or any attempt at communication from Uwenn.
4. With no choice, Servalot resorted to reaching an agreement with Z0OVD, who made a bid of $10,200
5. This caused Servalot's loss of $4,800, which was the difference between the bid of Z0OVD ($10,200) and Uwenn ($15,000)

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Plaintiff claims that Defendant has committed a Breach of Contract. As an auction post forms a legally binding agreement, the Defendant has failed to fulfil his duties created by the auction post, to comply with the auctioneer.
According to the Redmont Civil Code Act,
A person commits a violation if the person:
(a) fails to perform obligations under a valid and enforceable contract without lawful excuse.
2. Any other claims the court deems fit.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Plaintiff seeks $4,800 for the total amount of money lost and the difference of the bid between Z0OVD ($10,200) and Uwenn ($15,000).
2. Plaintiff seeks $2000 for his loss of time waiting for Defendant, which he could have spent doing business.
3. Plaintiff seeks $2,040 for legal fees.

In total, the plaintiff seeks $8840.

Writ of Summons

@uwenn is required to appear before the District Court in the case of Servalot v. Uwenn [2026] DCR 105.

Failure to appear within 72 hours of this summons will result in a default judgement based on the known facts of the case.

Both parties should make themselves aware of the Court Rules and Procedures, including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.

I am having to deal with something IRL. I am naming Unknown_pal as second chair in my absence.
