v.

Santa
Defendant

COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

Santa is an evil trespasser and should be brought to justice.

Hello District court, i apologize sincerely for this frivolous court case but it is unfortunately necessary to complete my quest of committing every crime in the Criminal Code Act. I pledge that i will attempt to donate 2/3rds the fine i get to the Judiciary: the victim of my heinous crime; 2/3rds of the fine to the Department of Education: in furtherance of legal education; and 2/3rds of the fine i get to the Redmont Bar Association in hopes that they will put it to good use in there mission to regulate the legal field.

I once again apologize for my actions, humbly accept punishment for my actions, and hope that not to many Judicial resources have been spent on this case.

Motion

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT

I no longer wish to continue this case against Santa Claus

This is dismissed for lack of a claim
"Santa" is not real.
Court Rules and Procedures Section 2.1 states that in order to pursue a case, you must be affected by an injury from a clear second party.

The Court finds that this case was lodged without serious intent and, as such, finds the Plaintiff guilty of 1 charge of Frivolous Court Case.

They are to be fined 100 Penalty Units and, due to their great disrespect for the legal field, unbecoming of even the slightest of men. issued a conduct strike.
