Hello your honor. I am the Solicitor General and I am apart of the Department of Legal Affairs

Denied

The Commonwealth and the Dept Legal Affairs do not agree for the following reasons:
1. It has not been the amount of time needed to expunge the record. The last committed criminal record is February 28th, 2024
2. royalsnakee was never arrested for "Weapons on a Federal Institution"
3. royalsnakee is claiming that they are innocent. They should reach out to the Dept. Justice and/or continue civil action

Verdict

The recommendation from the state does not support this expungement. With that taken into consideration, the court will be denying the request.
