We plan on renovating C306 to be luxury apartments with over 200 blocks of floor space and plan to renovate s087 to be office buildings for our headquarters. We have already conducted work on it I will add screenshots shortly.

$25k- S087, We have already put all offices in here for our company as well as our clients to use.
$25k - C306, we plan on building luxury apartments in here.
$20k - C171, we plan on building a supermarket here for people to buy fireworks, food, gas, etc.

The reason for the funds not being used for C171 and C306 was because we were evicted from C306 after no development was made because we didn't get the funds from this grant that would be used for that, and C171 we sold prior to the grant being approved because we assumed the grant was going to be denied.
