Basis for Appeal: It was unjustly denied, not even by a judge, and I was given no opportunity to defend myself. This is a blatant violation of my rights, and it's infuriating that I was denied a chance to present my side.

Supporting Evidence: We have rights that say that everyone is equal before the law and thatI should be treated just the same as everybody else.
