The remaining $60,000 will fund the recruitment of two senior executive hires critical to the Firm's long-term sustainability: a Chief Financial Officer ($30,000), responsible for financial reporting, billing integrity, tax compliance, and ensuring the Firm's accounts meet the standards required under the Taxation Act and Commercial Standards Act; and a Chief Sales Officer ($30,000), who will lead client development strategy, manage business outreach, and build the pipeline of engagements necessary to sustain and scale a growing practice. Together, these investments will position M&A Law Co. to become a leading provider of corporate legal services in Redmont — generating tax revenue, creating skilled employment, and raising the standard of legal practice across the Commonwealth.
