1. The Defendants used a firearm to knowingly commit an act of murder and assault against someone
2. The Defense fired the weapon in spawn knowing full well what something like that could do to cause harm and injury to others
3. The Defense Violated The Laws regarding PvP

III. CHARGES
The Prosecution hereby alleges the following charges against the Defendant:
1. 2 counts of Murder
2. 1 count of Assault
3.1 count of Public nuisance

IV. SENTENCING
The Prosecution hereby recommends the following sentence for the Defendant:
1. up to 10 days in jail
2. a fine of no more than $300
3.A 6 week revoke of any Firearm license
