IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
Plura72 v. Air - Appeal

The Federal Court has decided to deny this appeal.

The initial case filing is, by every possible interpretation of the word, frivolous. The precedent quoted as the legal basis for the claim was misinterpreted. There is no standing.

There are three requirements a Plaintiff needs to meet to have standing.

1. Suffered some injury caused by a clear second party; or is affected by an application of law.
There is no clear second party here, no injury, and no application of law. Air is not a person, organization, or even an NPC, so it cannot be a second party. There is no injury, as it does not cause any recognizable harm (like physical damage or trespass by a person).

2. The cause of injury was against the law.
There was no injury, as explained above.

3. Remedy is applicable under relevant law that can be granted by a favourable decision.
The Court cannot “order” the air to refrain from moving or existing, and no damages can be awarded against something that has no legal capacity to respond or pay.

Additionally, I hereby charge you with one count of contempt of court, and I repeat your warning not to file another frivolous cause for the next month without legal counsel. Further frivolous case filings will result in harsher punishments.
