On August 08 2026 I was in Aventura fishing. At the time, I was standing beside MinecraftMax999. I was peacefully fishing and had not engaged in any hostile activity toward susybaca111.
While I was casting my fishing rod, susybaca111 approached the situation and shot me with a weapon. The attack was unexpected, and I was not given any warning or indication that I was going to be attacked. I was simply attempting to fish when I was shot. And to add i had nothing hostile on me but 3 pancakes and 1 low durability fishing rod
MinecraftMax111 was present and claimed he had recorded the incident on camera. The recording should provide some evidence of what happened and can be used to verify my account of the events. The video shows the circumstances surrounding the shooting and can help the Court determine what occurred.
I believe this incident should be reviewed by the Court because I was attacked while peacefully going about my activities in Aventura. I am submitting the available evidence so that the Court can review the incident and determine whether susybaca111 violated any applicable DemocracyCraft laws.
I respectfully ask the Court to review the evidence and determine whether susybaca111 violated the applicable laws. If the Court finds that a violation occurred, I request $300 or more in damages, as permitted under DemocracyCraft law.
