Motion

IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
MOTION FOR EMERGENCY INJUNCTION

Your Honor,

Earlier today, the Commonwealth seized plot c616 from the Plaintiff, peuko (Exhibit P-001). We intend to bring suit against this seizure based on procedural errors made by the Department of Construction & Transportation and infringements upon the constitutional rights of the Plaintiff.

After seizing properties, the Commonwealth has the tendency to sell off the seized properties at auction hurriedly. As a sale at auction may make recovery of a property by the Plaintiff difficult, and the loss of a property would deny the Plaintiff the ability to enjoy that property going forward, the Commonwealth's actions pose an immediate threat of irreparable harm to the Plaintiff.

For this reason, the Plaintiff asks that this court immediately freeze any auctions, sales, transfers, or any other transactions of plot c616 for the duration of this case.

Should this plot be sold or transferred away from the government on or after 10 October 2025 and prior to a ruling on this injunction, the Plaintiff asks that the Court order that the sale or transfer be immediately unwound in its entirety and the property be held in escrow for the duration of this case.

Respectfully filed,
Vennefly (MZLD Law).

Motion

IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
MOTION TO STAY PROCEEDINGS

Your Honor,

Given that the Commonwealth, under threat of legal action, has decided to voluntarily and temporarily provide the relief sought by temporarily returning the plot and extending the deadline by five (5) days, the Plaintiff requests that proceedings be stayed for the same five (5) days pending further action by the Commonwealth.

Respectfully filed,
Vennefly (MZLD Law).

IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
MOTION TO NOLLE PROSEQUI

Your Honor,

To the Plaintiff's great satisfaction, the Commonwealth has closed the eviction case against him. Accordingly, this matter is now moot, and we respectfully move for a nolle prosequi.

Respectfully filed,
Vennefly (MZLD Law).
