1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “A Cool Pet Overcrowding Amendment Act"
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This bill was authored by Representative A__C.
(4) This Act is co-sponsored by Senator Derpy_Bird.
(5) This bill was approved by Environment Secretary Teuntje1234567.

2 - Reasons
(1) The Pet Overcrowding Act currently states that there “can be a total of 10 pets on any region” including wild regions. This makes no sense given the potential size of wild regions, and other regions in general. This means that a wild region of 100 blocks and a wild region of 4000 blocks can only have 10 pets on it, regardless of size. The number of pets is already limited by the floor space restriction.

3 - Terms
(1) Change the terms of the Pet Overcrowding Act from:
9.5 - Pet Overcrowding
Cats and dogs require a minimum of two blocks of floor space each. Parrots require a minimum of one block of floor space each. There can be a total of 10 pets on any region within:

(b) Towns
(c) Claimed Wild Regions
(d) Unclaimed Wild Regions
as long as each pet has enough space.
