What position are you applying for? Economist
Why do you think you are suited to the position you are applying for? I have spent a long time playing DC, I definitely favor the economy side of the server over any other aspects. I first joined DC in January 2022 and I've spent a long time in 2022-2023 studying the economy in order to grow my in-game business Lemonade. I've kept this business alive for the past 4 years and with that have gained a lot of knowledge and experience with pricing, inflation/deflation, market prices and everything buying/selling commerce related.
I was an economist in 2023 around the time Trentrick_Lamar was an acting secretary. I have seen the economy rise and fall many times and I'm personally really fascinated by it. I love anything related to analytics, data, spreadsheets, and have designed my own tools to manage my personal companies data using the servers API.
Why I think I would be a good fit for the DOC as an economist especially in the economies state. My knowledge with building tools, websites, apps, and using the server's API's to manage and analyze large amounts of transaction data. My passion for democracy craft and it's economy. I have 1,200 hours on the server and I used to manually fit out a spreadsheet with thousands of transactions just to be able to work with and analyze my companies data.
