Oakridge News Network is nearly there, just two things before I sign the docket:

1. The member register is set to "None." Every LLC has to keep a member register in the summary listing its members (LEA Part V §4), and membership does not take effect until it is filled in. Since the Certificate has you owning all the equity, please list yourself, for example: "Wander1ng_Trader, sole member (100% equity)."

2. The registered name should read "Oakridge News Network LLC" to match your Certificate (the LEA takes the registered name from the formation instrument, §3(1)(h)). Please update the registered-name field and the thread title to include the "LLC." The in-game name ONN is fine as is.

Once those are in I'll sign off. Thanks!
