Clarify manners that do not require a warrant

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

PART I — PRELIMINARIES

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'No Warrants Required Act’
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Angryhamdog.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by <user>.
(5) This Act repeals the following act:
(a) Animal Murder Investigations Act

2 - Reasons
(1) To consolidate this and the Animal Murder Investigations Act
(2) It is painful to take screenshots of hundreds of plots in order to evict people who are failing to make progress.
(3) There has been confusion as to if warrants are required for Staff to action requests for information from DCT Inspectors. The passing or denial of this act would confirm this.

PART II — TERMS

3 - Lack-of-progress Logs
(1) Inspectors in the Department of Construction and Transport may request logs regarding the last time blocks were placed on a plot without a warrant.
(2) The sole purpose for which these logs are to be used is Lack of Progress eviction reports.

4 - Animal Murder Logs
(1) Sergeants and above in the Department of Homeland Security may request logs for murder and animal murder without a warrant.
(2) The sole purpose for which these logs are to be used is for Criminal Charges.
