COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
While I was peacefully fishing because I needed money, Clayguy spontaneously assaulted me. Clayguy swiftly got away as I desperately looked for him trying to confront him. He left the game after the assault while I looked for him.

II. FACTS
1. The Plaintiff is by trade, a fisher. (P-002)
2. On 14 June 2026, 8:31 AM (CT) The Plaintiff was fishing at the docks located near the Aventura spawn. (P-001)
3. The Defendant, another fisher by trade, approached The Plaintiff from behind and punched them into the water in which The Plaintiff was fishing (P-001), (P-003)
4. The Plaintiff proceeded to scramble out of the water, looking at their attacker (The Defendant) who had ran away and begun to fish before falling into a hole in the dock and removing themself from the water once more.
5. The Defendant had worn a mask during the event to hide their identity from others. (P-001)
6. This event disturbed the peace of the docks, creating a more hostile environment.
7. This event disturbed the fishing of The Plaintiff and caused them to panic.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff alleges that the Defendant has violated the Criminal Code Act by "Disturbing The Peace" of the docks and surrounding area. Disturbing the Peace is a crime under CCA Part V, Section I:
1 - Disturbing the Peace
Offence Type: Indictable
Penalty: Up to 100 Penalty Units; Up to 60 minutes imprisonment
A person commits an offence if the person:
(a) engages in disorderly behavior toward an individual or group that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm, or distress.
Relevant Law:
2. The Plaintiff's fishing was interrupted momentarily, causing a loss of time and therefore profits.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Punitive Damages in the amount of $2000.
2. Legal fees totalling 30% of the case value.
3. Any other restitution that the court sees as right and just.
V: Evidence:
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
