Court Order

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
SUA SPONTE DISMISSAL

This case is dismissed under rule 5.5 for failure to state a claim.

Crimes inside the Criminal Code Act do not double as civil torts. You cannot just state that a crime has been committed against you. A crime occuring does not automatically create a civil claim, at best it may make reason to open a DHS ticket to report it.

As for the second claim, there is no civil tort in the Redmont Civil Code Act or a common law tort for the interrupting and prevention of one's fishing. The court's suggestion is for the plaintiff's lawyer to search the RCCA for an actual civil tort.

This case is dismissed without prejudice
