To

Mini-amend plots to Government

The citizens of Oakridge, through their elected Representatives in the Town-Council, do hereby formally enact this non-binding resolution, as a request to our Town Government:

1 - Short Title
(1) This Resolution may be cited as the 'Mini-amend plots Resolution.'
(2) This Resolution has been authored by: Dino_Girl19
(3) This Resolution has been co-sponsored by: asdertplays

2 - Reasons
(1) Amend the Oakridge Building Regulations
(2) Creation and move plots as Government plots
(3) PeonyPark was a privatised area but has potential to be a unique feature and area for the Town of Oakridge.
(4)Allows for more residential plots for players as Oakridge does not possess that many of them.
(5) More buildings for the support of the Department of Cultural Development

3 - Amendments to Resolution Format

ARTICLE IV. Exemptions and the Right of Redemption

(1) Exemptions

1. The Head of Residence may issue and and revoke exemptions and extensions for building regulation and legal compliance when they are satisfied that either of the following criteria is met:
   a. there is a compassionate and compelling reason requiring an exemption/extension
   b. that the exemption/extension does not undermine the intent of the eviction process
   c. that there is significant progress being made to rectify the breach
   d. in the interests of large-scale development
2. Plots may not be evicted for inactivity if the player’s 30 day playtime matches their total playtime, even if it is less than 6 hours
3. The following plots are government operated plots and are exempt from any regulations in this document:
   a. Plots starting with 'or-office'
   b. or-arskymuseum
   c. or-convention
   d. or-dos
   e. or-health
   f. or-library
   g. or-museum
   h. or-museumshop
   i. or-postoffice
   j. or-sanctuary
   k. or-shelter
   l. or-sheriff
   m. or-spawn
   n. or-townhall
   o. peonypark
   p. Theatre
