COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
On the 5th of June at approximately 14:41 in Reveille, the Defendant, .orangemoney8141, intentionally tried to murder the plaintiff MaxvEtten, without any provocation whatsoever, with a heart loss over 3 hearts (approximately 7,5 hearts). The attack did NOT take place in the wilderness, and after a short chase, the Defendant fled the scene.
The Plaintiff brings this civil action for damages arising from the Defendant’s unlawful conduct, specifically Attempted Murder under the Criminal Code Act.
I. PARTIES

II. FACTS
1. On June the 5th at 14:41, the plaintiff was standing on the street in Reveille, about a thousand blocks away from spawn.
2. The Plaintiff was messaging someone about renting an aparment.
3. The location the Plaintiff was standing in, is clearly NOT in the wilderness.
4. The Defendant walked up to the Plaintiff, and shortly after atacked him with a cobblestone axe.
5. The atack caused a loss of over 3 hearts to the Plaintiff.
6. After the atack took place, the Plaintiff ran away from the danger.
7. After a brief chase by the Defendant, he fled the scene.
8. There was no consent or provacation whatsoever, allowing the Defendant to atack the Plaintiff.
9. The whole incident was recorded by the Plaintiff
10. The Defendant's actions caused harm to the Plaintiff, and created a valid case for civil damages arising from criminal conduct.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Civil damages arising from Attempted Murder under the Criminal Code Act.
2. According to the Criminal Code Act, When a player intentionally hits another player, and causes a heart loss of over 3 hearts, it falls under Atempted Murder
3. The Defendant’s conduct satisfies this definition because the Defendant intentionally hit the Plaintiff and caused more than three hearts of damage.
4. Since the atack happend in Reveille, the wilderness exception does NOT apply
5. Under Redmont law, crimes may be used to seek civil damages, and civil proceedings may proceed independently of any criminal prosecution.
6. The Plaintiff seeks nominal damages because the Defendant’s unlawful conduct violated the Plaintiff’s rights, even if the Plaintiff does not claim a larger proven financial loss.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff asks the court to grant the following:
1. The Plaintiff requests damages in the amount of $2,500. This amount is based on the severity of the Defendant's conduct. The Defendant attacked the Plaintiff without provocation using an axe while the Plaintiff was unarmored, causing the Plaintiff's health to fall to a critically low level. The attack was deliberate, unprovoked, and created a substantial risk of death. The requested sum is intended to compensate for the seriousness of the assault and to deter similar conduct in the future.
